Somatic Yoga

 

I offer workshops and private sessions in Somatic Yoga, a system of yoga originating with Eleanor Criswell Hanna, PhD.  It includes and is informed by the practice of Hanna Somatic Education as well as the ancient teachings of yoga as expressed in Dr. Criswell's book "The Psychology of Yoga".
